A new five-star hotel on the slopes of Courchevel

Published

Courchevel 1850 has a new five-star hotel this winter. The Bourbon Hotel opens in December 2026 in the heart of the resort, in the Golden Triangle, with 28 rooms and three suites and direct ski-in, ski-out access to Les Trois Vallées, the largest linked ski area in the world.

Its restaurant, Simonetta, is an Italian mountain trattoria led by Simone Zanoni, the chef known for Le George at the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris. Below ground, a spa of natural stone and onyx is given over to contrast therapy, with an indoor pool, a sauna and a hammam, and the interiors are by the Paris designers Studio Henry.

For luxury ski holidays in the French Alps, in a five-star hotel that is small, central and on the piste, it is the new address of the season in Courchevel.
